Admiral Insurance, already has a first-class reputation for providing a good service and they have now become the first motor insurer (as far as we are aware) to refund some of the premiums paid, in recognition that people are using their cars far less during LOCKDOWN and consequently there are fewer accidents and claims. Although the amounts refunded are modest at present, they are paid out automatically and promptly. As ease of transaction and ability to receive payments from insurers, are concerns often expressed by the public – through this gesture – Admiral are able to demonstrate their credentials in these areas to their, should be, happy customers.
