Pretty much as soon as Lockdown commenced, Direct Line Group announced that during the pandemic crisis, Green Flag, their 24 hour breakdown service, will offer NHS workers FREE breakdown assistance. This helps relieve health workers worried that they might be left stranded, perhaps late at night after a long and traumatic shift.
As Green Flag points out the NHS is a 24/7 service and so too are they. It is a good match and extremely welcome by the NHS workers, who are under a great deal of stress right now.
The Direct Line Group, has rightly earned an outstanding reputation for providing a great customer experience (I should know, over many years, they have won countless awards that I have been involved in) and this is concrete evidence of their concern to be both a successful and caring organisation.
