The recent Which? survey into customer service covered 24 Banking Brands.
- Starling Bank came out on top with an overall CS score of 88%. It was praised for “clear and honest” communications, the ease of opening accounts and using its app and speedy responses from their staff.
- Monzo came 2nd with 82%
- First Direct were 3rd at 79%
The big banks all featured outside the top six.
The shape of the future of banking is ever changing and the big beasts that have dominated the scene for decades are in danger of failing to keep pace with younger and more agile rivals.
